Senior Party and Government Officials Visit Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong

The more vigorously the sacred revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered in Mt Paektu advances, winning victory after victory, the more solemn the minds of all generations of succession are growing with boundless respect for the pioneering generation of the revolution.
Pak Thae Song, Choe Ryong Hae and Jo Yong Won, members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, and other senior officials of the Party, government and armed forces organs, officials of the Party Central Committee, chief secretaries of provincial Party committees, commanding officers of large combined units at all levels of the Korean People’s Army and leading officials of ministries and national agencies visited the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong on July 26 on the occasion of July 27, the great V-Day.
The guard of honour of the KPA lined up at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery.Senior officials of the Party, government and armed forces organs laid flowers before the wreath-laying stand.
All the participants paid silent tribute to the memory of the revolutionary martyrs who devoted their precious lives to the sacred cause of liberating Korea, defending its sovereignty and achieving the freedom and happiness of the people.
There was a march-past of the guard of honour of the KPA.
The participants looked round the cemetery.
The participants laid flowers before the busts of the martyrs and paid high tribute to them, recollecting with reverence the valuable merits performed by the first generation of the revolution who created the ever-victorious history of heroic Korea of defending the ideology and cause of President Kim Il Sung with arms while waging the great anti-Japanese war and the Fatherland Liberation War.
All the participants hardened their ardent will to glorify the history and tradition of victory forever and fully demonstrate the absolute dignity and glory of socialist Korea before the world, true to the leadership of the great Comrade Kim Jong Un with transparent revolutionary spirit and bold practical ability.
