In today’s era of knowledge-based economy, the amount of information is increasing at an exponential rate and development cycle of science and technology is also getting shorter.
Given the circumstances, the DPRK has laid sufficient conditions and foundations for its entire people to acquire knowledge and technology to their hearts’ content, thanks to the wise leadership of the Party.
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un has always attached importance to the role of education and science in building a civilized socialist country and set the education and science research as the key sectors for making all people well-versed in science and technology, and devoted his all to its development.
With the strategy for talents and the development strategy for science and technology as the core strategies for comprehensive national prosperity, Comrade Kim Jong Un always gave precedence to education and science in the activities of the Party and state, and saw to it that the atmosphere of giving importance to education and science and technology prevails in the whole society.
He also ensured that the sci-tech learning spaces all over the country operate with clear purposes and goals as befit important hubs for making all people well-versed in science and technology. Thus, the sci-tech learning spaces have been turned into schools at workplace where everyone can learn and increase technological knowledge, acquainting themselves with global trends.
Benefitting from these learning spaces, everyone could also actively contribute to the development of their own units by valuable innovations and inventions.
Thanks to the grand plan of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to make all people well-versed in science and technology, Sci-tech Complex was wonderfully built into a grand palace of learning for all people and multi-functional central base for disseminating science and technology. Thus, our country could have solid foundations for disseminating modern science and technology to every part of the country and for making all people masters of science and technology and motive force of sci-tech development who contribute to the building of socialist power by knowledge and technology.
Thanks to the Sci-tech Complex and sci-tech learning spaces built across the country under the warm care of the Party, everybody would benefit from the study-while-working system and prepare themselves as intelligent workers, making radical changes in every field of socialist construction of our own style.
