There took place a short course for the participants in the Eleventh Congress of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League in Pyongyang on May 1.
Ju Chang Il, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, conveyed the teachings of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un on the work for youth and children.
The short course dealt with theoretical and practical issues for the youth league to conduct its work more vigorously as required by the era of overall development in order to creditably discharge its mission and role as the vanguard loyal to the Party and as a powerful organization of patriotic youths in implementing the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the WPK.
Han Kwang Ho, deputy department director of the Central Committee of the WPK, said that the participants in the Eleventh Congress of the youth league should dynamically conduct the work of the youth league, bearing deep in mind the great trust and expectation of the Party.
The short course stressed the need for all the participants in the congress to meticulously organize the work for implementing the decision of the Eleventh Congress of the youth league with their readiness to repay with loyalty the great love of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un .
It called on the participants to become staunch performers who organize and carry out the work of the youth league as required by the Party’s policies.
It emphasized that the participants in the congress should innovate the style of work and acquire noble traits.
Through the course, the participants once again kept in mind their responsibility and duty in accelerating the overall prosperity of our state and guaranteeing the steady succession and victorious advance of the Juche cause by arousing the patriotic aspirations and enthusiasm of the young people, and learned methods of conducting the future work in a more scientific and innovative way.
