Pak Thae Song, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, received a congratulatory message from Li Qiang, premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, on March 27.
In the message, Li Qiang, on behalf of the Chinese government, extended sincere congratulations to Pak Thae Song on his reappointment as premier of the DPRK Cabinet at the First Session of the 15 th Supreme People’s Assembly.
He sincerely hoped that the DPRK people would steadily achieve fresh and bigger successes in accomplishing the socialist cause of the DPRK under the leadership of the Workers’ Party of Korea headed by General Secretary Kim Jong Un .
Saying that China and the DPRK are the friendly neighbors linked by the same mountain and rivers, the message noted that the bilateral relations greeted a new historic period and have been steadily put on a higher stage under the strategic guidance and personal care of General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Kim Jong Un in recent years.
It expressed the readiness to thoroughly implement the important common understandings of the top leaders of the two parties and the two countries and thus encourage the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation to achieve fresh and greater development and provide wellbeing to the peoples of the two countries.
