Pak Thae Song, Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greetings from Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, on March 27.
The message extended sincere congratulations, on behalf of the Chinese government, to Pak Thae Song upon his reappointment as Premier of the Cabinet of the DPRK at the First Session of the 15th Supreme people's Assembly.
It sincerely hoped that the Korean people would constantly make fresh and greater successes in accomplishing the socialist cause of Korea under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by General Secretary Kim Jong Un.
Saying China and Korea are friendly neighbours linked with mountains and rivers, the message noted that in recent years the China-DPRK relations have greeted a new historic time and are constantly developing onto a higher stage thanks to the strategic guidance and direct concern of General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Kim Jong Un.
It expressed the willingness to encourage the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation to achieve fresh and greater progress and provide the peoples of the two countries with well-being by thoroughly implementing the important common understanding of the top leaders of the two parties and two countries.
