It is the general goal of our education to make it the education to which we can entrust our future without worry.
One day in September 2020, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited Kangbuk-ri in Kumchon County of North Hwanghae Province.
That day, he said all-Party work should be done to increase the number of model ris in the cities and counties and furthermore, the movement for creating model counties should be conducted by expanding it. And he added that as for the model county, it is the county in which all the working people are armed with the revolutionary idea of the Workers' Party of Korea and the whole work including the educational work is done well.
He said we cannot estimate a county only with living and that we will never recognize the county whose school education facilities have not reached a due standard as the model one, even if it may do good farming.
When he visited the construction site in the city of Samjiyon one day in July 2018, he said the Party organizations of the relevant region should attach importance to the work for further developing the basic education of the primary and middle schools in the counties. And he emphasized that the provinces should put efforts into the educational work and conduct the work to shore up their overall educational institutions.
And he instructed that the educational work should be regarded as an important standard in estimating a province.
His instructions reflected his noble intention to put the overall education of the country on a new height and guarantee the future of the country with success by making all regions pay deep concern to education and direct great efforts to the educational development.
It is our unshakable will to make a leap forward by dint of science and guarantee the future by dint of education.
