Systematical perpetration of Israel’s atrocity in the Middle East is now drawing widespread international condemnation.
The special rapporteurs of the UN Human Rights Council unanimously denounced Israel for the forced displacement of Palestinians out of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank as well as the indiscriminate air raids on Lebanon.
They noted that Israel’s ethnic cleansing in the Palestinian territory including the attacks on refugee camps of Palestinians and forcible removal of Palestinians from their own territory are against the international law. They urged that international investigation on such crimes should be made and those who are responsible should be punished.
They also bitterly denounced Israel’s large-scale air raid on Lebanon on April 8 which killed hundreds of people and injured over one thousand people, as flagrant violation of the UN Charter, deliberate acts undermining peace and disgrace on multilateralism and international order.
They urged the Israeli authorities to stop all military operations in Lebanon and withdraw its armed forces immediately.
