Comrade Jo Yong Won, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, First Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, met with a delegation of the Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation led by Comrade Vladimir Kolokoltev, Minister of Interior, which paid a courtesy call on him at the Pyongyang Assembly Hall on April 22.
He had a talk with the delegation in a friendly atmosphere.
Present there were Comrade Pang Tu Sop, Minister of Public Security, and officials concerned of the DPRK, and Comrade Vladimir Topeha, Charge d'Affaires ad interim of the embassy of the Russian Federation in Pyongyang.
