The Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) sent a congratulatory message to the 14 th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam(CPV) on January 19.
The message reads as follows:
The WPK Central Committee warmly congratulates the 14 th Congress of the CPV and sends warm greetings to all its members and other Vietnamese people.
The CPV has made great progress in building a prosperous and powerful socialist state by leading the Vietnamese people over the past years.
