On the occasion of the 14 th anniversary of the demise of Chairman Kim Jong Il all the people and service personnel across the country are paying the highest tribute to him with undying loyalty to Chairman Kim Jong Il , solely missing him and looking back with deep emotion on the sacred revolutionary career and eternal exploits of the peerlessly great man who set it as his lifelong cause to build on this land a country which will always be powerful and prosperous for generations to come and devoted his all to its realization.
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun at 00:00 on December 17, the greatest memorial day for our Party, state and people.
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was accompanied by members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee and other senior officials of the Party, government and armed forces, officials of the WPK Central Committee, and leading officials of the Cabinet, commissions, ministries and national agencies.
Commanding officers of the Ministry of National Defence and the commanding officers of the large combined units of the Korean People’s Army were also present there.
Flower baskets were laid before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il .
Comrade Kim Jong Un , together with other visitors, bowed before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il , paying noble respect to them.
At the hall, where Chairman Kim Jong Il lies in state, Comrade Kim Jong Un , together with other visitors, paid high tribute to him, wishing his immortality.
All the visitors made a firm pledge to remain true, whole-heartedly and loyally, to the ideology and leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un who adds lustre to the patriotic exploits of Chairman Kim Jong Il by marking a grand new turning point for the comprehensive national development.
