The Korean Central News Agency released a commentary under the title "The 'Visit' for War by the Former 'British Empire' Will Not End as a Pleasant Trip".
The commentary said an escort ship belonging to the task force of the aircraft carrier "Prince of Wales" of the British Navy, which had been involved in the US-led multinational military drills in the west Pacific, recently entered the Pusan operation base in the Republic of Korea, and continued.
The day before the entry of the escort ship, the British supply warship "Tidespring" called at the Pusan Port and "Prince of Wales" will sail into the waters of the Republic of Korea for naval air demonstration drill in September.
Concerning it, the United Kingdom says it serves as an important milestone showing their firm will for "security and prosperity" of the Indo-Pacific region. The entry of the warship of the former "British Empire" on the eve of the US-ROK large-scale joint military drill "Ulji Freedom Shield" against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is an out-and-out "visit" for war driving the situation of the Korean peninsula and the region to the worst state.
It is not a secret that the United Kingdom, which had dispatched most troops to the Korean War following the United States in the last century, has actively sided with the hostile policy towards the DPRK, acting as the first deputy within the US-led most reactionary military bloc.
The "visit" for war by the former "British Empire" when the situation of the Korean peninsula is rushing to the phase of dangerous conflict owing to the incessant provocations of the United States and the hostile forces is a clear measure of action for confrontation with the DPRK and, at the same time, an adventurous trip to realize the military hegemony of the Anglo-Saxons alone not only in the region but also in the rest of the world.
The "visit" for war by the former "British Empire" will not end as pleasant trip, the commentary stressed.
