Teams of KCU Members Carrying Letters of Loyalty to Respected Fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un Run toward Pyongyang

Pyongyang, May 26 (KCNA) — The relay teams of Korean Children’s Union members in all provinces of the DPRK carrying their letters of loyalty presented to the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 80th KCU birthday are now running toward the capital city of Pyongyang.
The relay teams from North and South Phyongan and South Hwanghae provinces have passed through relevant areas.
Their members toured regional-industry factories in Sukchon and Jaeryong counties and went round different types of greenhouses at the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm.
At the Sinchon House of Class Education, they cherished the truth of the class struggle that illusions about the enemy are death and that they should fight the enemy to the last.
Those from North Hwanghae, Jagang and Kangwon provinces gave motivation performances at construction sites for the regional development policy in Pongsan County and visited the Kosanjin Revolutionary Site associated with the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung’s exploits for the war victory.
They also went round the Hoeyang Army-People Power Station, a precious output of self-supporting and self-reliant efforts.
The teams from North and South Hamgyong provinces conducted motivation activities at the Jikjol Vegetable Farm in Tanchon City and the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex.
Those from Ryanggang Province and Rason Municipality visited the Pochonbo Revolutionary Battle Site and the Taehongdan Revolutionary Battle Site and toured various parts of Samjiyon, a model mountain cultural town, and the Rason Education Apparatus Factory and the Rason General Foodstuff Factory.
Meanwhile, a kick-off meeting of the team of KCU members in Pyongyang took place at Changdok School on May 25.
Present there were Kim Su Gil, chief secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials concerned, officials of the youth league and KCU members. The participants laid a flower basket and bouquets before the statue of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung at the school and paid tribute to him.
A letter of loyalty to the respected fatherly Marshal was conveyed to the team. Then there were resolution-taking speeches.
After the meeting, the team carrying the letter started its running amid the warm send-off.
