Pyongyang, May 1 (KCNA) — Leading newspapers of the DPRK Friday dedicate editorials to the 136th May Day, the international holiday of working people the world over.
Rodong Sinmun says that May Day is a significant holiday powerfully demonstrating the revolutionary spirit of the Korean working people who have made epoch-making miracles and changes through their unyielding struggle under the leadership of the great Workers’ Party of Korea despite all sorts of trials.
Today our working people are devoting their wisdom and enthusiasm to the prosperity of the country, cherishing deep in their mind the benevolence of the Party and the state amid the daily-increasing benefits of socialism, the paper says and goes on:
Our working people are faithful persons who can read the grand plan of the Party Central Committee in our Party’s ideas and lines, and they are the indomitable strong ready to do any huge task unconditionally, if it is determined by the Party.
The Juche weaponry carrying the absolute strength of the DPRK and the proud creations symbolizing the era of overall transformation are associated with the boundless loyalty of our working people, and the pure patriotism of our working class and agricultural workers is also reflected in the independent development foundations of the national economy and the rapid growth of agricultural production.
As such loyal and patriotic working people, who have always been a great force and support to our Party, have upheld the cause of the Party, a new trend of overall development could be pioneered and a firm guarantee provided for leaping forward to a higher stage.
As there are the working people upholding the Party and the state with their precious sweat and passion while sharing the destiny with the country, our Party is so strong and Korean-style socialism is always emerging victorious.
Minju Joson says that the great history of miracles and changes will be given steady continuity, thanks to the working people of Juche Korea who are contributing to the national prosperity with boundless enthusiasm and devoted efforts, upholding the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un at the helm of the revolution.
