Pyongyang, April 29 (KCNA) -- Upon hearing news of the inauguration of the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations, an endless stream of people visits the sacred land in reverence for the martyrs. The museum is devoted to the heroic feats and noble spirit performed and displayed by the brave fighters of the Korean People's Army who fought in the sacred war for justice and dignity on the order of the motherland.

From early morning to late night every day many officials, working people, service personnel of the People's Army, school youth and children are visiting the monumental museum, imposingly built under the warm loving care of the great father who has placed on the peak of glory the feats of the war martyrs who unhesitatingly dedicated their lives to demonstrating the dignity of their sacred country and the invincibility of the Korean People's Army to the world.

The visitors pay high tribute to the Monument to the Korean People's Army Martyrs in the Special Military Operations, which vividly reflects the heroism of the fighters involved in the overseas military operations, who added glory to the greatness of the strong and the victors by displaying loyalty to the Party and the country, fervent patriotism and popular heroism, and the spirit and mettle of the Korean people.

They lay flowers at the Memorial Wall and the graves of the heroic martyrs as tokens of their grateful thanks, respect and prayers of immortality to the martyrs. The Memorial Wall is sparkling with the stars of loyalty and patriotism peculiar to the martyrs, who taught everyone what life lives forever in high esteem and memory of the country and the people by dedicating their blood and lives to safeguarding the dignity and honour.

In all parts of the museum the visitors keenly feel the warm loving care of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and his noble sense of obligation. He made sure that the museum was built as an edifice of immortality, never to be found in other parts of the world, highly praising the proud sons of the country, who sacrificed their beautiful ideals and youth, as the greatest heroes representing the national honour.

Looking at the photos, relics and materials dealing with their exploits, displayed at the museum, the visitors imagine the last moments of the heroes who laid down their lives hoping for the prosperity of the country, the proud sons of the country brought about great miracles and victory with their noble spirit and phoenix-like bravery.

They are moved to see the flags of the DPRK, blood-stained letters of pledge and letters of application for Party membership kept by the martyrs in their hearts, the letters to beloved parents and wives and children left by them. They eloquently tell about the origin of the worthwhile life and indomitable strength of the heroic soldiers who dedicated their lives to saving their honour under the baptism of fire.

The images of the dedicated soldiers so brave on the hard-fought battlefields silently dwelt in their individual photos on display but it seems that the cries they let out at their last moments throwing themselves into the enemy pillboxes and committing suicide with their last bullets and grenades still resound as an echo of eternal life, moving all the visitors, young or old, to tears.

The visitors feel great emotion surging inside them, seeing the undying pictures showing what the heroes wished and desired at their last moments and realizing how they laid down their lives to save their sacred honour as soldiers of the Korean People's Army, turning their love for their beloved parents, wives and children into their hardened will to annihilate the enemy.

Going around the outdoor captured weaponry exhibition area, they recollect with great pride the feats of the warriors who demonstrated the ideological and spiritual superiority and invincible mettle of the Korean People's Army by inflicting merciless death on the aggressors on alien battlefields by dint of Korean-style tactics.

All the visitors are full of the strong enthusiasm to give full play to their loyalty and patriotism in the sacred struggle to glorify the most heroic era of their country, the great era of Kim Jong Un , cherishing the noble souls and desire of the martyrs. -0-
