The Kangso Sprayer Factory is one of the units that increase production through innovative management activities.
The factory aspiring to a technically-intensive enterprise steadily improves the scientific level of production and management activities.
It has channelled big efforts into enlisting the creativity of the masses, masters of production, in working out the sci-tech development plan and implementing it.
All the employees come up with good ideas for improving the quality of sprayers and developing new products, contributing to producing good quality products while lowering the costs.
In addition, the factory set up a technical guidance system centring on its new technology development lab in order to enhance cooperation among technicians, production guidance officials and workers and introduce new technologies and ideas into production in time, thereby intensifying technical guidance over production.
The factory has also introduced a scientific quality management system into the whole process of production.
To this end, it drew up and issued the guidelines for employees about how to inspect the quality of products by themselves at each process so that workers can test the quality of their products and quality inspectors can enhance their role.
It arranges the regular technical study by focusing on how to control the factors affecting quality in production processes and dispatches relevant personnel to farms to get acquainted with the performance of its products and take relevant measures.
It has also positively introduced new quality management techniques in close contact with a scientific research unit.
As a result, the factory has firmly established a habit of prioritizing the quality of products.
The Kangso Sprayer Factory was selected as one of top ten enterprises for 2024.
