Pyongyang, March 27 (KCNA) -- A grand chorus performance was given at the Kaesong Municipal Youth Stadium by students of graduating classes of senior middle schools in Kaesong Municipality of the DPRK.
Among the audience were officials, youth league officials and schoolchildren in the municipality.
The performance began with chorus "Song of National Defence". Put on the stage were colorful numbers including chorus "Our National Flag" and instrumental music and dance "Comrades, Let's Join the Army".
The performers sang of the desire of the graduating class students to glorify their youth by cherishing the unforgettable days when they have grown up to be pillars of future under the care of the motherly Workers' Party of Korea and volunteering to serve in the army.
A general of the Korean People's Army took on the stage to hand over the national flag of the DPRK to the young people of new generation, asking them to become true soldiers who uphold the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un with loyalty and firmly defend the country and the people.
The numbers represented the will of the graduating class students to perform undying military feats at the forefront posts of the country by inheriting the noble sacrificing spirit and popular heroism of the victors of the great years.
The performance marked a significant occasion of demonstrating the will of the successors to defend the socialist country. -0-
