The Wiwon County Condiments Factory manufactured and installed new equipment and has produced tasty soy sauce and soybean paste by ensuring the pulverization degree of raw materials and sterilization and fermentation according to technical regulations.
Huichon and Manpho city foodstuff factories set proper technical indices of wheat-based paste and sauce and improved their production line in a way of ensuring hygienic safety, thus reducing the cost and increasing the quality and quantity of production.
Employees of the Songgan County Condiments Factory and the Jasong County Foodstuff Factory are improving the quality of condiments by focusing on a scientific and technological study and conducting the campaigns in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with them.
