Choe Hye Yong is a doctor at the conservative dental department of the dental branch under the Pothonggang District Hospital. Anyone who has ever received treatment from her praises her.

She pays close attention to minimizing pains of patients when treating dental diseases, especially dental caries and pulpitis.
