Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) -- Regional-industry factories have been built in Koksan County, North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK. A few days ago, an inauguration ceremony of such factories was held in Hwangju County of the same province.

On December 20, there took place an inauguration ceremony of the regional-industry factories built in the county of Koksan under the Regional Development 20×10 Policy.

Present there were Choe Ryong Hae, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, officials of the Party and power organs of the province and the county, working people and employees of those factories.

Working people, youth, students and children of Koksan County welcomed the soldier-builders, waving bouquets of flowers.

Choe Ryong Hae addressed the ceremony.

The speaker said that the grand ceremony serves as a powerful proof of the steadfast will and executive ability of the Workers' Party of Korea keeping without fail the promise made to the people and a great auspicious encouraging event convincing them of steady advance and miraculous successes.

He referred to the ardent world of devoted service for the people's wellbeing of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un , who is leading the era of great prosperity with his noble idea that the long-cherished desire of the regional people is the one of the Party and the development of the regional industry is the regional development which means the comprehensive rejuvenation and growth of the state.

The speaker called upon all the service personnel, officials and working people to more dynamically struggle with loyalty and patriotism for the brilliant victory of the Party's regional-development policy aimed at making the people enjoy more creations of a new civilization favored by them as soon as possible.

Then Kim Son Il, chief secretary of the Koksan County Committee of the WPK, made a speech.

He said that the factories showing the development of the new era are associated with the warm love and affection of the tender-hearted father, who set the realization of the people's ideals as the supreme principle governing the activities of the Party and the state and is ushering in an era of transformation unprecedented in the history of the country when the whole country will change and prosper.

The speaker pledged to hold fast to the normal production and improvement of quality at the regional-industry factories as an important policy task, mindful of the sense of duty of having assumed full responsibility for all the work of the county, one of the regional bases of the country, before the Party and the state, and turn the glorious place, associated with the undying revolutionary exploits of the peerlessly great men, into a more beautiful, socialist paradise.

When Choe Ryong Hae cut the inauguration tape with owners of the new factories, fireworks were set off and balloons rose up into the air.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the foodstuff factory, garment factory and daily necessities factory.

That evening there was a firework display, adding to the joy of residents of the county. -0-
