The national youth sci-tech successes exhibition, which had opened on the occasion of Youth Day, closed with due ceremony at the Sci-Tech Complex in Pyongyang on August 31.
More than 50 pieces of data on sci-tech achievements made by young people in different parts of the country were highly appreciated at the exhibition as they were of practical use and economically effective.
Present at the closing ceremony were Kim Song Bin, chairman of the State Commission of Science and Technology, officials of the youth league and young people.
The DPRK's patents, certificates for introducing sci-tech achievements and Youth Science and Technology Prize were awarded to the youth league organizations and participants who were highly appreciated at the exhibition.
Then oath-taking speeches were made.
Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, made a closing address.
