The meeting "Night of Friendship" was held by the DPRK-Russia friendship campers at the Songdowon International Children's Camp on the 28th.
Present there were Kim Song Il, Vice-Chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, officials concerned and members of the schoolchildren's camping groups from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Russia.
A letter to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un from the Russian campers was read out and handed over to an official concerned.
Then, the participants watched photos and a video program showing their happy and pleasant camping in Songdowon, a scenic spot on the East Sea of Korea.
Members of the Russian schoolchildren's camping group said they made friends with Korean children and spent interesting days at the Songdowon International Children's Camp, and offered thanks to the respected leader Kim Jong Un who enabled them to enjoy themselves at the wonderful camp.
A joint performance was given, in which schoolchildren of the two countries sang songs and danced together, further deepening friendship.
During the camping, the DPRK-Russia friendship campers conducted cultural events including the meetings "Day of Korea" and "Day of Russia" and "Songdowon--Stage of Talented Children".
