Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) -- An art exhibition on the theme of class education opened at the Pyongyang International House of Culture on Tuesday ahead of June 25, the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism.
On display there were art works showing the thrice-cursed crimes committed by the U.S. imperialists, the Japanese imperialists and other sworn enemies.
Oil paintings "The Grudge Cherished on the Western Coast" and "The Shout of the 103rd Child" that denounce the U.S. imperialists for cruelly slaughtering innocent residents and even mere children during the past Fatherland Liberation War add to the strong hatred and resentment of the revenge-seekers.
Korean painting "The Night of the New Year's Day", sculpture "In the Badger Cave" and other art pieces disclose the crimes of the Japanese imperialists who illegally occupied Korea and forced its people into miserable fate of slaves.
Also displayed are calligraphy "Countering Nukes of Tyranny with Nukes of Justice" and poster "Let's Mercilessly Annihilate the Shabby and Despicable ROK Gangsters" reflecting the will to mercilessly wipe out the U.S. imperialists and the ROK war maniacs keen on stifling the dignified DPRK.
Officials and creators in the field of fine arts and working people in the city looked round the exhibition venue. -0-
