Pyongyang, May 4 (KCNA) -- Kim Hyong Jik University of Education in the DPRK is effectively retraining of teachers.
The university is directing efforts to further strengthening the material and technical foundations of the teachers' retraining institute and making academic advisers give scientific guidance to teaching.
The institute has made a new curriculum and conducted the short course by dividing into retraining for writing, experiment and practice, majoring subjects, etc. according to its purpose and mission.
By dealing with the theoretical and practical problems necessary to enhance the cognitive effect of teachings of various subjects, it makes the whole of the short course improve the teachers' ability.
The university has created a competitive atmosphere among universities during the short course so that all the participants in the short course turn out in the work for creating effective teaching and educational methods.
